Consumable Products
Because our products are consumable, inhaled goods, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items for health and safety reasons. Please order carefully.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your device arrives defective, damaged, or not working, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our contact page with your order number and a description (photos help). We will arrange a replacement or resolution for verified defects.
Wrong or Missing Items
If you received the wrong product or an item is missing, reach out right away and we will make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened products, used devices, and items not purchased from us (or from unauthorized sellers) are not eligible for return or refund. Always verify authenticity — see our authenticity guide.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card provider.
